Server Email issues

Some clients have reported intermitent email sending issues.

We have been investigating this issue and found several issues. 

Firstly a client had a weak password that had allowed someone to send from their account without their knowledge. This has been rectified. We urdge everyone to have strong passwords and change them regularly.

If you have alot of passwords please use a service such as 1password that will save secure passwords for you.

Secondly a website had several old plugins and came to our server with issues. This website has been suspended until the owner decides what to do about the vulnerabilities.

In light of several poor permissions on websites we are currently reviewing all permissions we control, any vulnerabilities are being addressed.

We hope to have this work complete this afternoon and then request the spam blackmail list removed.

When we get 5 mins we will send an email to everyone with info on best practice and what we can do together to reduce the risk of issues in the future.
